RENTAL RATES

OUR ARRIVAL DAYS
Bungalows : On Saturdays in high season (at your convenience for other periods)
Studios : On Wednesdays, Saturdays or Sundays in high season (at your convenience for other periods)
Arrival from 4:00 p.m. Departure before 9: 00 a.m.
The rental price includes water, electricity, gas and a only 1 vehicle. Any additional motorized vehicle or boat will give rise to an additional price.
The accommodation is air conditioned and equipped with tableware and kitchenware, fridge with freezer compartment, micro-wave, coffee machine, keOle, toaster, garden furniture. The bed includes a blanket and a pillow per person. Sheets, towels and household linen are not provided except for short stays in the studio. Service available for hire (refer to the «services additional »).
A deposit of 250 € is requested and must reach us, at the latest, when paying your balance. This deposit will not be debited and will be returned to you at the end of your stay aIer the inventory has been completed or by post if the departure is outside reception opening hours. This deposit may be used in part or in full to carry out repairs, replace items or perform end-of-stay cleaning if it has not been done by you. Pets are not allowed in the rentals.

PAYMENT OF STAY
Payment of 50% of the amount of the stay by return of the booking voucher, aIer telephone agreement. Any option not confirmed within 72 hours will be canceled. The balance must intervene before June 01 without reminder from us, for a stay in July / August; one month before arrival for other periods. Contact us for possible payment facilities.The tourist tax, paid to the intercommunal tourist office of Ile-Rousse Balagne, must be paid on the day of departure (Bungalow : 0.61€/adult/day   Studio : 0.99€/adult/day)

TERMS OF CANCELATION
In the event of cancellation of your stay, the amount of money paid will not be refunded except, implementation by the competent authorities of restrictive travel measures, death or serious illness of one of the participants (on presentation of proof and provided that we can re-let the rental). We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with the insurance company of your choice.
